Visualizing pharmacophores outside ZINCPharmer

Noel O'Boyle has written a visualizer plugin for Avogadro that can read ZINCPharmer session files. Check it out.

Matthew Baumgartner has contributed a pymol plugin that can read pharmer json format. It has been posted to the sourceforge page:

how can we import a pharmacophore in .pml format ( from ligandscout) to Discovery Studio 2.5?

It would probably make more sense to ask either the creators of LigandScout or Discovery Studio. I believe LigandScout can export a variety of formats, one of which I am sure Discovery Studio would be able to process. Of course, you should always be careful when transitioning pharmacophore defininitions across software platforms since each platform has slightly different rules for defining features (see Spitzer et al.).
