Update to Jmol/JSmol viewer

Postby dkoes » June 13th, 2013, 1:13 pm

ZINCPharmer now uses JSmol for molecular visualization. This means that if Java is not installed, an HTML5 canvas is used instead. This is a little slower than Java (and a lot slower at computing surfaces) and so is a fallback option by default. You can force the use of the HTML5 viewer by adding USE=HTML5 to the URL. For example:
http://zincpharmer.csb.pitt.edu/pharmer.html?USE=HTML5
http://zincpharmer.csb.pitt.edu/pharmer.html?SESSION=examples/DHODH.query&USE=HTML5
